  14. add the turmeric, cinnamon, mixed spices, mix well and keep simmering again in low flame with lid on for another 20 minutes..
  15. Drop the meatballs one by one, and add more black pepper powder, add more hot water..
  16. Add more 2 tablespoons of oil from step 8, keep simmering again covered in very low flame for another 30 minutes..
